We Hired Willis Winters, a noted architectural historian and architect, to make an Accurate List of the Styles of our 275 homes. Compare this to what the Neighborhood Committee submitted to the City. The Neighborhood Committee says 75% of our homes are in the Contributing Styles they chose. Willis Winters’s Report shows no street is above 42% Contributing. That is not enough. CD2 is 85% Contributing, and the average for Dallas CDs is 91% Contributing.

This isn’t a game. The CD2 Expansion changes zoning forever. Please see Inventory Errors and Impact for information on why this process needs to restart with correct data.
