Surprisingly, the average wait time for approval for a building project in Conservation District 2 (CD2) is seven (7) weeks. This is not even close to the 7-10 days that the Neighborhood Committee reports (see flyer sent 6/3/2023 below).
We need accurate information to make informed decisions. It’s frustrating that the Neighborhood Committee continues to mislead their neighbors with flyers titled, “Know the Facts; Dismiss the Rumors.” Construction delays are aggravating and costly. We deserve to know the truth.
For a complete fact check of this Flyer, see Dismiss the Rumors?! coming soon.
