REVISION, JUNE 23: The Inventory submitted by the Neighborhood Committee of our Houses has 82 Errors.

  • 82 Errors in 275 Houses
  • We no longer recommend using Exhibit C below. Instead, please consult Contributing Homes: 75% or 45%? for information on the impact of those errors.

To see if your house is Contributing or Non-Contributing, consult Exhibit C of the Determination of Eligibility below. Self-appointed Committee members determined designations.

  • Contributing homes are listed as Tudor, Spanish Eclectic, Colonial Revival, French Eclectic, or Neo-Classical
  • All others are listed in this inventory as non-contributing.

Exceptions to the list

Exceptions to the list below include at least the following. But a recent audit found 80 errors in the list, including at least one Committee Member’s home.

7238 Lakewood Blvd.

7242 Lakewood Blvd.

7302 Lakewood Blvd.

During a Neighborhood Meeting, the City presented the three houses above as Non-Contributing because they do not meet the technical requirements for one of the 5 Styles. It isn’t easy to build in a contributing style.
