Questionable Determination-of-Eligibility-Approval

The inaccurate Inventory submitted to the City by the Neighborhood Committee gave the appearance that the Expansion area is “similar to and compatible with” the original CD2 with regard to architectural style.

This led to the questionable approval of the Determination of Eligibility (Application for an Expansion).

A Determination of Eligibility approval requires “an area is not eligible to be added unless the area to be added is similar to and compatible with the physical attributes of the established CD.” – (Dallas Ordinance 51A-4.505e(2)bii).
